2023 LA Fleet Week Volunteers Needed!

LA Fleet Week is coming to San Pedro over Memorial Day weekend! Please help us give a warm San Pedro welcome to our visitors, including our servicemen and women. We are recruiting energetic volunteers with a knowledge of San Pedro to work in information booths. You must be physically fit, and able to stand for most of your shift. The Chamber will provide you with a Fleet Week t-shirt, free parking, and refreshments (and of course a BIG thank you at the end).
To volunteer, you must attend one volunteer training. Two training sessions scheduled on the following dates: Saturday, May 6 at 10:00 am., and Saturday, May 13 at 10 am. The training will be held on the fantail of the Battleship Iowa. The Battleship Iowa is located at 250 S Harbor Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90731. The fantail is the end of the ship closest to the bridge.
