WINDY BARNES FARRELL is an international singer noted for her powerful yet angelic vocal stylings in multiple genres. WINDY ia also a business owner and SAN PEDRO resident for over 25 years. WINDY CITY ENTERTAINMENT is her umbrella company for WBIVA ( the Windy Barnes International Voice Academy), the PEEDRO PLAYERS, the SAN PEDRO MUSIC FESTIVAL, the INSPIRATIONAL VOICES OF FREE!, the SOULTOWN GIRLS, SOULHER POWER, and the LA THIRD CHILDREN’S CHOIR.
