Munch & Learn "Grassroots Fundraising"
Pam Costa is the current Honorary Mayor of San Pedro, and over the past 20 years has raised close to $1 million for charity. She has raised record breaking amounts for her daughter who was crowned Fiesta Queen and she has run three successful San Pedro Honorary Mayor campaigns. Her motto is: If there is no budget -- raise it!
