Ryan will be walking us through the legal pitfalls of starting a business, particularly the fundamentals around what new businesses should look for when trying to scale their business. Issues around Business Entity Formation, Brand Protection, Intellectual Property, Cybersecurity and Contracts will be addressed. This will be a very informative presentation that should be heard by ANY entrepreneur or small business owner.
