BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU HOLIDAY PARTY

A special thank you to all who attended the Holiday Party on Thursday night. With over 100 participants and guests, the party was a great success thanks to the incredible food and drink from the participating restaurants and the hospitality of the 7th Street Chop House owners, Judy Garcia and Ralph and Stephanie Perez along with their wonderful staff. Thanks also to the businesses who provided models, clothes, and jewelery for the Shopping Showcase, Carla Ortega for the holiday decorations, Martha Vasquez for the table candles, and to all the those who provided raffle prizes. Kudos to Andrew Silber of The Whale and Ale, and SPCC Board Member, Ralph Perez, Jr. for the idea for this special event focusing on shopping and dining in Downtown San Pedro, and to Andrew for providing the special Beaujolais Nouveau wine and toast. Teen Conference is Tuesday, December 1, at the DoubleTree Marina Hotel.
The purpose of the conference is to bring together 9th graders from San
Pedro's high schools and Banning High School to network and
participate in workshops that focus on setting goals, staying in
school, and preparing for college. Please consider sponsoring a teen
for $50 or providing gift cards or raffle items.
