2012-2013 BOARD OF DIRECTORS The government of the Chamber of Commerce, direction of its work, control of its finances and property, and the control and direction of its President/CEO is vested in a Board of Directors consisting of (a.) a minimum of eighteen (18) and a maximum of twenty-two (22) members elected from the general membership who are in good standing, and (b) Two (2) members appointed by the chairperson. No more than one member of any firm can serve on the Board at the same time or during the same period of time.

Paula Moore | Treasurer
Paula Moore is the executive director of FRIENDS of Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Aquarium, a facility of the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, has a 77-year history in San Pedro and currently serves over 300,000 visitors annually, 150,000 of whom are schoolchildren.
