Join Teaching-Artist \;Mer Young \;this Spring in an 10-week mural painting program at \;Angels Gate Cultural Center! \;This program is designed for \;San Pedro teens \;(ages ~14 - 20) and will follow \;the entire process of creating a large-scale public art\, from \;brainstorming to painting.

Just a short walk from San Pedro High School'\;s Olguin Campus\, this cohort will \;meet every Wednesday from 4-5:30 pm for 10-weeks\, \;starting \;March 5th!
\n\n"\;Young'\;s mural installations explore native plants form various regions and allows for varied interactions that are based in growth and community. Her goal as a muralist is to transform spaces by bringing color and joy to folks. Her works can be found through out the South Bay of Los Angeles\, Orange County and The Inland Empire."\;
