DESCRIPTION:The Concrete Law film is a feature-length documentary about Channel Street Skatepark and its 7-year bureaucratic battle. A film by April Jones and the San Pedro Skatepark Association (SPSA). The SPSA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and 100% volunteer.\n\n\n\nwww.sanpedrosk8.org\n\n\n\nChannel Street Skatepark successfully existed for over a decade under the Interstate 110\, despite its unpermitted creation\, until overpass construction led to an ongoing shutdown.
