DESCRIPTION:This Naturalist led nature walk includes a visit through the Tongva Native Plant Demonstration Garden\, where you will learn how early inhabitants of the peninsula used these plants in a variety of purposes for thousands of years. Then walk the trails through beautifully restored coastal sage scrub habitat. Stop at a former gun emplacement to learn about the military history of the area.
