Seashore Science Surprises Session 1

Preschool children are invited to discover the wonders along the shore at Cabrillo Beach with hands-on exploration, stories, and puppets in our “Tales Between the Tides” workshops. Session 1 is offered Tuesday, June 26 and Wednesday, June 27 from 10 -11:30 a.m. Session 2 is offered Thursday, June 28 and Friday, June 29 from 10 - 11:30 a.m.
The workshop includes: a snack, stories and an arts and crafts project to make and take home. Fun activities will focus on teaching children about Southern California marine life. Children can attend this class by themselves or bring their favorite adult to join in on the fun. The fee is $26 for the two-day session ($24 FRIENDS members) and reservations are recommended. The Aquarium is located at 3720 Stephen M. White Drive in San Pedro and is a facility of the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks with support from FRIENDS of Cabrillo Marine Aquarium.
