Lecture: Victorian Era Medicine & the Civil War
The community is invited to the second in a series of Historical Lectures at the Banning Museum. The lecture will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the historic carriage barn on Saturday, May 5, 2012.
"Victorian Era Medicine & the Civil War" covers common home remedies as well as patient care during the Civil War. Guests will be allowed to examine the artifacts displayed and will enjoy a Q-and-A session as part of the lecture. Light refreshments will be served.
