 David E. Wright | Board Member
David E. Wright,Vice-President of Plains All-American Pipeline L.P., was born and raised in Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming where he earned a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Except for a short stay in the U.S. Army, he has spent his 40-year career involved in various aspects of the petroleum transportation industry with focus on both products and crude oil transportation. He has extensive experience with both cross country pipelines and the petroleum storage and terminalling areas. He has worked in various executive management areas with Conoco, Crystal Energy, GATX Terminals, Tosco Refining and Pacific Energy Partners, L.P., now merged with Houston based Plains All American Pipeline L.P., where he is a Vice President. He is currently involved in the development of a major deep water petroleum marine terminal project in the Port of Los Angeles which will provide for the import of at least 20% of the petroleum needs of the Los Angeles area.
Mr. Wright is married with three children and lives in Huntington Beach, California.

Pacific L.A. Marine Terminal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. and is engaged in the development of a deep water berth on Pier 400/Berth 408 in the Port of Los Angeles. Its offices are located in Long Beach, California.
